Biography

For more than 25 years he has worked as an Emmy-winning writer, producer, and film doctor on more than 400 films. (IMDb lists barely a tenth of them.) His clients include every major documentary network -- Discovery, PBS, Nat Geo, Animal Planet, History, Smithsonian, and others -- and major production companies on five continents. Gary works in every nonfiction genre, including history, science, nature, adventure, true crime, and reality. The Nielsens reveal that his films not only hit the target rating but typically surpass it -- sometimes astronomically.
