Jaime Passier-Armstrong is an accomplished and unquestioningly stunning New Zealand born Dutch/Maori actress, and has been acting professionally since the age of 12 when she was cast by Director, Chris Bailey for the role of "Rita" in the New Zealand police drama, "Plainclothes". Jaime is one of New Zealand's consistently employed professional actors, undertaking roles and embracing characters across a wide range of genres, from New Zealand's Bilingual (Maori/English) prime-time drama, "Korero Mai" to international Thriller/Fantasy/Action TV series and feature films. In New Zealand, Jaime is most recognized for her untameable long curly locks and has established a strong cult following for her standout performance as the passionate and feisty, lesbian bar owner, Jay Copeland on the hugely successful, New Zealand prime-time drama, "Shortland Street". Jaime is a skilled horse rider and also trains with the New Zealand Stunt School, run by renowned Stunt Coordinator/Performers, Dayna Porter and Steve McQuillan, in "Wire/Aerial Work" and "Fighting for Film & Television" which includes; armed and unarmed fighting, sword fighting, aerial wirework, gymnastics, breakfalls, specialist kicks.
