Todd's family moved to Washington state when he was four years old. He spent the majority of his childhood in Spokane. He attended Gonzaga University for one year and then transferred to Embry Riddle University, where he completed undergraduate studies and received a bachelors degree in aeronautics and flight. Todd spent four years with a major airline, working as first officer of the 757 fleet. Living in Raleigh, North Carolina, he was offered a senior management position with a petroleum company. He enjoyed five years there responsible for employee relations and governmental affairs. He was involved in corporate policy implementation and state & federal statutory compliance issues. Since leaving the petroleum company Todd has worked in the film and television industry in writing, acting and producing. He was admitted by the Supreme Court of Hawaii as a law clerk. Todd has experience in Trial Preparation and Litigation Support and has worked cases in both State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Screen Actors Guild and the Independent Pilot's Association. Todd served a special two-year appointment to the Honolulu Police Commission, and in 2008 was elected as Hawaii District #28 Treasurer of the Democratic Party.
