Mauro Porrino

Mauro Porrino was born in Sao Jose in Octuber 22th of 1973. He started his career working in Model Agencies when he was 22 years old. He worked posing for photographs, publish and parades for Ellus, Ford, M. Officer and others. He starred in commercials for Gillette Mach 3, Neston and Apracur. Actually he works for Talent Agency, London-Elite, and he also stars on TV, Deus Nos Acuda (2005) on Rede Globo Television, in Brazil, and TV commercials for analgesics for flu, and publicity photos for Ford Agency. He has lived in the U.S.A, Japan, China, and Hong Kong, working as a male model. He works very hard and has starred in other novels from Rede Globo, like: "Torre de Babel", starring as a hunk model who works for Rafaela (Cristiane Torloni), at Torre de Babel Model Agency; "Deus Nos Acuda", he stars as Gilson, a beautiful and mysterious criminal who works for international Mafia with his brother Marco (Oscar Magrini) to spy on Otto Bismark (Francisco Cuoco), a rich and powerful man, and obligate one poor father (George Doria) and his daughter (Claudia Raia) to pay their boss, The Lion. He also starred in a film "The Lady From The Shanghai Cinema" with Antonio Fagundes. And even though he is doing more TV commercials, Mauro plans to dedicate more time to acting.
