Mark Poole is an award-winning writer and director of feature films and television. He worked for several years at ABC TV producing and directing documentaries and drama productions. He won the prestigious Richard Lane AWGIE from the Australian Writers' Guild, and a Certificate of Merit at the St Kilda Film Festival for directing the short film Basically Speaking. Recently Mark recently completed a PhD on screenwriting from La Trobe University.
