Donna-Marie "DM" Reid is a Creative Director, Producer and TV Programming Executive who specializes in the development, packaging, producing and shepherding of intellectual properties for television networks, studios, streamers, talent, brands, and production companies. As a trusted and well-connected Hollywood insider for over 14 yrs., Donna-Marie has developed and shepherded creative for some of the world's largest buyers, talent and brands in entertainment, to include ABC, Disney, DreamWorks Animation, HBO, FOX, NBC, NBCUniversal, A Smith & Co, IMG, Warner Horizon, Truly Original, Endemol USA, Sony and Mark Burnett Productions. Steve Harvey tapped Donna-Marie in 2015 to head development and day-to-day operations for his company, East 112th Street Prods. There Donna-Marie solicited, developed and managed a slate of over 40 projects ranging in daytime, prime time and syndication. Well-versed in both scripted and non-scripted development, DM sold multiple projects into development, some making the air, such as, Little Big Shots for ABC, Mancave for BET, and Steve 's return to, Showtime at the Apollo, for Fox. Prior to joining Steve, Donna-Marie worked at ABC Entertainment Group from 2008-2015 in the Alternative Series, Specials, and Late Night dept as a creative point, soliciting talent, pitches and overseeing shows like, Shark Tank, Dancing with the Stars, Skating with the Stars, Crash Course and the beloved, Extreme Home Makeover, franchise. Ahead of joining the unscripted department at ABC, Donna-Marie was a Coordinator in the, Talent Development and Inclusion dept where she performed coverage on writer's submissions, judged director reels, and flagged laudable, diverse talent to introduce to TV and Studio executives to mentor and employ. More recently, Donna-Marie was commissioned by NBCUniversal in 2021 as a brain trust to develop new and re-imagine existing programs and pipelines that introduce opportunity, growth and employment to marginalized voices across the entire NBCUniversal portfolio. In the same year Donna-Marie Co-Executive produced, The Edge of My Mind, an anthology of nine emotionally-charged short films that shed a compassionate light on women's mental health. She also produced and moderated an unprecedented 20+ All-Star cast and crew reunion of the critically acclaimed TV series, The Shield, on the revolutionary app, Clubhouse, which included Shawn Ryan, Kurt Sutter, Randy Huggins, Michael Chiklis and CCH Pounder. Donna-Marie founded, Undeniable Films, a boutique production company while producing student films for The American Film Institute's fellows in 2002. She is often exclusive to major brands, but does offer consulting services on the business and art of developing and selling television and film. Donna-Marie resides in Los Angeles, CA, by way of Atlanta, GA.
