Bill is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. He has performed regionally at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Yale Repertory Theatre, The Shakespeare Theatre, Freedom Theatre, Delaware Theatre Company, and the Huntington Theatre Company. He was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for Best Actor in a Musical in 2005 for his performance as Armless Johnny in God Hates the Irish at the Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre. He was nominated with Hank Azaria, David Hyde Pierce, Norbert Leo Butz, and Matthew Morrison. Bill produced Cats Talk Back at the New York International Fringe Festival in 2003. Cats Talk Back was the winner of the Best Overall Production Award.
