Corneliu Tigancu is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born in 1965 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1988. In 1989, he plays first role in the movie Proud Heritage. Known for films The Legend of Galgameth (1996), Tacanitii (2002) and The Way I Spent the End of the World (2006).
