Giannina Toaxen

Originally from Romania, Giannina grew up in an artistic environment as her mother Stella Toaxen was a well-respected opera singer. Giannina's voice was toward acting, and trained and started her acting career there. When she moved to Ohio with her family, she attended Ohio State where she continued her acting studies. At Ohio State, Giannina was cast as the Matchmaker in Chekov's The Marriage Proposal, and was the only undergraduate in the cast. Moving to Los Angeles she studied with Stella Adler and has done Indie films, TV movies, and commercials. Most recently she was featured in a two-part episode of NBC's show Sunnyside.
