Author of over 50 articles, interviews and reviews related to Production Sound Mixing. International speaker and panelist for the art of storytelling through motion picture sound for DGA, AES, MIX/CAS, Netherlands Film Academy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beijing Film Academy, AMPAS, UCSB, School of Visual Arts, Norwegian Bksjoe Sound Symposium, British Rycote Sound Symposium, and others. President of IATSE Local 695 5 terms (The Sound & Video Engineering Guild), . President of Cinema Audio Society 2 terms, serving as Board member 10 terms.
