Noland Walker was also instrumental in the documentary film "Jonestown: the Life and Death of People's Temple" (2006). He worked with Stanley Nelson to tell the story of the inspiring, egalitarian, racially-inclusive Temple and its frightening, lethal disintegration led by dictatorial, charismatic preacher Jim Jones. Noland's own aunt lost dozens of close friends in Jonestown.
