Born in Waterbury Connecticut. First generation Portuguese American. Started his professional wrestling career in 1992 on his 19th birthday. Won the ECW heavyweight championship of the world In June 2000 from Tommy Dreamer. He also was to time ECW world tag team Champion with partner Lance Storm Also known as the Impact Players. 8X World Wrestling Entertainment Hardcore champion. Retired from active competition in 2016 . Working on the documentary/bio Credible Recovery & Redemption which Is in production. He is married 22 years to his beautiful wife Jill Jurecki Polaco and they have three children Nicholas Jenna and Christian.
