Ian Chandler Sheaffer

Ian Chandler Sheaffer was a child actor in from 1998 until 2003. He did many print ads and commercials including Rogaine, McDonalds, Mattel and Hershey Park and television roles on several TV shows including "Blues Clues" "Ed", "Third Watch" "The Job" and several of the "Law and Order" series. He also played Matthew Hanen Rappaport on One Life to Live, the son of Nora Hanen (Hillary B. Smith) and Sam Rappaport (Kale Brown). While on cast he participated in many community events including the charity softball game between the cast of One Life to Life and local radio station B104 in Allentown PA. Ian, now an adult, and was enlisted in the United States Armed Forces.
