J.R. Simons

J. R. Simons is a stage actor and industrial video actor in Ohio who teaches English Composition, Drama, and Speech at several community colleges in Ohio. He is the producer/publisher of The Jovialities Entertainment Co., Ltd., which performs improvisational murder mysteries and publishes plays and poetry. He has been a high school Set and Lighting Designer and Technical Director since 1999 and a high school Drama Club Adviser since 2011. He holds a BFA and an MA in Theatre from Kent State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Ashland University.
