Andrew Skidd was a relatively unknown teen actor from Guelph, Ontario, who is most remembered for his lead role in 1975's "Recommendation for Mercy" that was directed by Murry Markowitz. He also had bit roles in Canadian television and in a film about alcoholism made for the Ontario Ministry of Health.
