Daniel Paquet Davis has been awarded the Georges Delerue and Richard Levy awards for film scoring and composition. A musician from an early age, he worked as an assistant to film and television composer, Lawrence Shragge He studied at the Berklee College of Music with Matthias Gohl and 'Sheldon Mirowitz.' Awarded the Berklee Achievement Scholarship, Daniel excelled as a dual major in Film Scoring and Music Composition. After creating the society of composers at Berklee, Daniel scored his first film, _Minyan In Kaifeng (2001)_ while still in school. He ultimately graduated with honors and moved back to Los Angeles and has scored a number of films, television commercials and documentaries, as well as creating the music production company, SightSonics Productions, LLC. Daniel is an active member of the Society of Composers and Lyricists, the Film Music Network, Woman In Film, IFC and is affiliated with BMI. He lives in Santa Monica with his wife and manager Jane and their beagle, Dhaba.
