Jeff Murphy is a Motion Picture Editor, Visual Effects Supervisor and Producer. He is the founder and co-owner of the award-winning Hollywood/ Los Angeles based post-production studio, Quest Pacifica LLC, a company specializing in 20 years of motion picture editing, sound, color and visual effects for film, online streaming and television. He is a member of the Editors Guild and Television Academy. Not only has Jeff worked on over 100 feature films, but he is the lead editor for 74 episodes of Nickelodeon's Emmy Nominated hit series Mutt & Stuff and Amazon Studios' Sigmund And The Sea Monsters, produced by the legendary filmmakers Sid and Marty Krofft. Jeff recently edited and supervised the Post Production for Universal Studios' feature film Justice. Jeff continues to work in the gaming industry for the XBOX 360, XBOX One, Play Station and Nintendo platforms. "He brings Hollywood to the gaming industry." He has contributed with visual effects for Activision's Call of Duty: Elite, Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 and Friday the 13th: The Game. He also was a producer on the award winning game Zumba: World Party. This game mixed live action using Pre-Visualization and Visual Effects. He has worked in production and post production for over 10 years with the US Army, US Air Force, Department of Defense and the Pentagon on many video and media projects. Starting in 2018, Jeff operates the Video Replay System for the Los Angeles Kings. This includes operating the control room of all the cameras for the NHL Refs and Officials. In 1998, he graduated from the film school, Columbia College Hollywood with Magna Cum Laude. He resides in the Los Angeles with a wife and two kids.
