Cecil Hawkins

Cecil Hawkins was born in South Carolina in 1938 to Woodrow and Hazel Hawkins. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and acting became a hobby of his after raising his four boys. He married Margaret Hawkins in the early 90's and eventually retired back to his hometown of Seneca, South Carolina.
