A native Californian, Carl White moved East to New York City, after a fast rise to the top of the television news business. After graduating from Oregon State Univeristy, White served as a sports reporter in Eugene, Ore. (NBC), then moved on to Fresno, California (CBS), and Dallas, Texas (Fox) before landing a job at the Fox affiliate in New York City (WNYW-TV) where he served as a sports anchor/reporter for New York's top-rated Ten O'Clock newscast. White got his first break in film, after meeting Director Andrew Bergman while covering a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden. Bergman then introduced him to two of Hollywood's top Producers - Mike Lobell and John Lyons. White remains eternally grateful to Bergman, Lobell and Lyons for giving him the opportunity to act in four of Hollywood's biggest box-office hits. CarlWhiteSports, LLC. is where he remains hard at work at accomplishing "his long term goal" of creating, developing and hosting, one of his very own television programming concepts for national syndication.
