Born in 1971, Jessica Woodworth is a Belgian-American film director and screenwriter based in Belgium. She grew up between Europe and the US. She studied literature, classical theatre and documentary filmmaking, as well as multiple languages. She worked on documentaries and traveled extensively then in 2005 established the production company, Bo Films, in Belgium. She is known for the critically-acclaimed and award-winning films Khadak, Altiplano, La cinquième saison and King of the Belgians, made with Flemish filmmaker Peter Brosens.
