Hans Fabian Wullenweber, a Danish director, graduated from the Danish Film School in 1997 with the exam project Drengen i himlen (1997). In 2002, he broke through in the commercial market with the charming A Death Sentence (2002), earning an award at the film festival in Berlin as well as the Natsværmer Award of the Danish Natfilm Festival.
