Actor
Date of birth : 05/17/1975
City of birth : Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany

Retired second-generation German professional wrestler, trainer, promoter and businessman best known for his work for WCW from 1994 all the way to the bitter end in 2001. He trained under his father Steve Wright while still a teenager and debuted at the age of 16, as well as working in Japan. He signed a deal with WCW in 1994 while they were on tour in Germany. Over the course of his run, he was a 1x WCW World Cruiserweight Champion, a 1x WCW World Television Champion and a 1x WCW World Tag Team Champion with Disco Inferno (Glenn Gilbertti) as the Boogie Knights. He retired after WWE purchased WCW, later explaining that WWE could not have picked up his contract because he was still signed to AOL Time Warner at the time. On Gator Country (1999) (April 19, 1999), he was shown in the crowd with a very different look. This was supposed to have led to his reintroduction as Berlyn, complete with promotional videos airing on WCW television. Due to the character's uncomfortable resemblance to Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, the teenagers who executed the Columbine massacre, the gimmick was delayed until September. This new gimmick came complete with a bodyguard named the Wall (Jerry Tuite), based off of the Berlin Wall and a female translator. The gimmick tanked and Wright was taken off of TV for close to a year, returning as himself on Episode #3.38 (2000).
