Michelle is especially proud of her involvement in finding new faces, developing their skills, helping them to find agents, publicists and opportunities to broaden their scope and meet milestones. She refers to her client family as the "More Zappers" collective and is proud to have Tony, Emmy, Grammy and Spirit award winners on her roster. The word "team" is important to Michelle, and is reflected in how she operates both personally and professionally. Exceptional opportunities have been procured through the alliances developed over years in front of and behind the cameras; including with Viacom, Disney, NBC, and her philanthropic work as "in kind" producer for the annual Superstars of the Year for the Boys & Girls Clubs, with celebrity hosts. Michelle's skills in sales, marketing, communications -both as host and writer- make her well-rounded but she believes its her authenticity that is her calling card.
