Silvia Mathis

Silvia "Punkin" Mathis, was born on November 17, 1965, in Rockford, Illinois, USA as Silvia Delores Mathis. She is a producer, screenwriter, actress, and vocalist known for roles including Alfree Grimes on A Woman's Place (1997), Screen Door Jesus (2003), City Girls (2007), and Dr. Wendy in the hit web series Between Women (2011) She has been married to Mitch Manning since January 30, 2008. They are a blended family and together they have six children. Silvia's love for the stage began at a young age when her 4-octave voice was discovered. She pursued a career as a vocalist until falling in love with acting. Silvia's love for the arts has evolved into writing and producing, and she recently launched her company, Punkin Pictures.
