Vinnie Favale is a Producer, Writer, Director who has worked in the entertainment industry since 1979 [NBC, MTV, A&E, HBO, Comedy Central and CBS] and has just set out on his own with Favale Media. He's musical ["Hereafter Musical"] is in pre-production and will go live in Buenos Aires in Feb 2020. The movie version of "Hereafter Musical" starring Danny Aiello is in post-production and will be released in December 2020. He's writing a new musical ["Happy New Year"] with his writing partner Frankie Keane. He was the executive in charge of production of the Late Show With David Letterman from 1996 until the end of its run in 2015. He was also the Executive Producer of "David Letterman; A Life On Television". His relationship with Letterman goes back to his 1982 when he did stand up and was interviewed by Dave on the NBC show. Vinnie went onto appear many times during the CBS run. He was the executive in charge of production for the "Howard Stern Radio Show" which was syndicated on CBS TV stations from 1998 - 2001. A semi regular on the Howard Stern morning radio show for the past twenty years, one of his most well-known segments involved a song he wrote called "Restless, Restless" which has been covered by over 1000 artists including Robert Goulet and William Shatner. Vinnie was one of the founders of Comedy Central which launched in 1991. He created the seminal event "The State Of The Union Undressed". He also created the "Real Deal" and "The 800 Club" (which he also hosted). While at Comedy Central he authored "Websightings"; one of the first books about the internet. Vinnie is the co-creator (with Frankie Keane) of "Hereafter Musical" which premiered off-Broadway in 2010. It went on to have a successful off-Broadway run at Theater 80 in 2012 and the Snapple Theater in 2014. It also had a successful run in Buenos Aires (in Spanish) during the Fall of 2017 and is currently in pre-production in Uruguay. The "Hereafter Musical" movie will be released in 2020. Starring Academy Award nominee Danny Aiello as psychic Jason Richard's, the movie will feature six of the songs from the show sung by Danny and his co-star Frankie Keane as Anita Moriarty. The movie also features MGM legend Arlene Dahl and renowned film critic and actor Rex Reed.
