Greg Perkins

Greg Perkins is an award-winning Writer, Producer, Songwriter & Scripted Podcast Creator in Los Angeles but is a proud native Texan! He was the first staff writer ever hired by Disney Online Studios and worked as script doctor for Oscar wining songwriter, Al Kasha, on his musical adaptation of 'David Copperfield'. As a television writer, his credits have included popular kid's shows such as 'Horseland' on CBS Saturday mornings, Warner Brothers 'The Tom & Jerry Show', and the popular Family Chanel show, 'Gerbert', for whom he also wrote over 20 song, and over 300 hours of non-fiction television shows. He's also a published songwriter of country and gospel fare. a screenwriter and a published author of children's books including, "A Little Child Shall Lead Them" (CharismaKids) with renowned animator/illustrator, John Pomeroy. He currently heads up Word Merchants Media, a digital content company that develops comic books, scripted podcasts and short films.
