Kerry Skinner

Kerry is an award-winning Director/Producer and founder member of Park Bench Pictures. Her debut feature, 'Common People', won numerous awards at international festivals and played to packed houses for nine weeks at one London cinema before receiving a nationwide theatrical release with Picturehouse. Kerry then co-produced and directed the short film, 'The Bicycle Thief'. It was selected by Directors UK as a winner of the 2018 Challenge Alexa and has been described by Stephen Fry as "Just wonderful! Exquisitely made in every detail, it's triumphant." In 2016 Kerry was invited to participate in the Producers Network at Cannes and in 2017 she was selected to take part in the prestigious WFTV mentee scheme. At present she is developing two new features for Park Bench Pictures slate; the low-budget drama 'Songs From A Gilded Cage,' and 'Body Checks', a romantic comedy adapted from the critically acclaimed stage play which Kerry previously produced.
