Giovanni Tartaglia

Giovanni Tartaglia is an independent film director, writer, actor and producer. He was born & raised in Naples, Italy and moved with his family to California when he was a teenager in 1994. It was during his early teen years that Giovanni began developing a passion for filmmaking, directing short films and sketches using his family's home videocamera. During his high school years, he enrolled in various photography & video courses offered by the school, including the theater department, learning techniques of acting and working with actors, eventually being promoted to Stage Manager for some of the school's plays. Upon graduating high school, Giovanni went on to pursue his studies at LAFS The Los Angeles Film School in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Film Production. Music also plays an important role in his life, having won various singing contests and recorded covers from artists such as Usher, John Legend, Maroon 5, Dean Martin and Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti. His diverse style ranges from R&B and Pop, with a large influence in Rock as well.
