Writer/ Director Tom Gustafson's films have won over 40 awards and screened at more than 200 film festivals around the world. His feature directorial debut, the celebrated musical fantasy, Were the World Mine, was chosen by The New York Times as Critics' Pick. Among Tom's honors are a Heineken Red Star Award, a Scion First-Time Director Award and the 37th Cleveland International Film Festival's "Someone to Watch." Other directing credits include music videos for Grammy Winner Lila Downs and Ryan Amador and the short films, The Need, Fairies, and Revelations. Tom recently produced Getting Go, the go doc project which had its World Premiere at the 2013 Miami Int'l Film Festival. Tom has also worked as a Background Casting Director on many Hollywood films, including Man of Steel, Pirates of the Caribbean II & III, The Good Shepherd, Road to Perdition and The Dark Knight.
