Frederic Vial

Frederic's life began in dirt. Born during an extremely chaotic archaeological dig, Frederic's parents traveled often, with shovels and picks, before settling in San Francisco. Unfortunately, all of this occurred after the California Gold Rush. During his Los Angeles actor/writer filmmaker pursuing days, Frederic has waited tables (yeah, go figure!), taught 8th Grade Special Education (Engish & US History), worked as a Certified Massage Therapist (administering highly skilled non-Happy Ending techniques), and recently started his own company - Gymtone (gymtone.com). As an actor, Frederic has trained with Sanford Meisner, Martin Barter & Margie Haber. He has had the good-fortune of playing everything from a priest to a murderer, including a recent portrayal of a drug-addicted pharmacist. Recently, he completed shooting a television pilot called Lost Detroit and is currently appearing at The Next Stage Theatre in a play called Angel Academy. And yet, despite his tremendous success and acting prowess, Frederic's true passion remains in dirt. Once a year, he returns to his Italian roots and where he forged his present-day understanding of family and closest friendships, a small Medieval-town in Northern Italy, where he rebuilds stone walls and maintains his grandparent's property and stone hay-barn; now a converted 2-story family home.
