Rob Jenkins, is an Australian actor with experience in film, television and theatre. Although a career playing Rugby League was his passion throughout his preteen and teenage years. It was in the performing arts, that he found the flame of desire. During his teenage years, his only performances would come when bored in class, in front of classmates on top of his desk. It was not until his late teens that he embraced performing and began to study the craft. He studied at The Actors Workshop in Brisbane and made his feature film debut in The Spierig Brothers, Australian zombie hit ''Undead'' (2003), playing the role of pilot "Wayne". In 2008, Jenkins played hired hitman "Orca", in ''Sharkmen'' and performed the role of "Crowe" in Artspear Entertainment's alien sci-fi comedy ''Australiens'' in 2014. The same year, he was reunited with The Spierig Brothers, in time-travel drama ''Predestination'' (2014) in the role of "Mr Jones". He has in excess of 30 short film credits, in all of which he played the leading role. Most notable short film credits include Wasted (2001), Broken (2010), A 12 Step Program (2010) and The Irving Hand Prophecy (2001) in which he played the title role and was awarded Best Actor at the Warner Bros. Filmmaker Awards in 2001. Jenkins' is also well versed when it comes to Television, which roles include the hospital drama, "All Saints" (2003) on Channel 7 in the role of "Jacob Chalmers", ABC's comedy news hit, The Chaser's ''CNNNN'' (2003) as the 'Comedy Crew' Lead Anchor and in Artspear Entertainment's comedy series ''The Void''(2011) as pretentious film director "Gustaf Buganski". He appeared in Hoodlum's mystery thriller series ''Secrets & Lies''(2014) on Network Ten and portrayed "Todd Ramsey", a drug addicted and disgraced former detective, in ''Scout'' in 2016. Jenkins has once again teamed up with Artspear Entertainment in 2017, to revive his role of "Gustaf Buganski", in the next installment of The Void series titled, ''The Void: Rebooted". Jenkins' has also appeared in countless Television Commercials and Corporate Videos and provided the voices for projects on both TV and Radio.
