Sydnie Suskind

Sydnie Suskind has over fifteen years in the entertainment industry and has worn many creative hats ranging from professional writer to development executive. Most recently, Sydnie and writing partner Susan Cohen sold their half hour multi-cam pilot spec to Comedy Central UK and have set up projects with various producers, studios and production companies including: Red Hour Production, Cineflex Studios and Legendary Television Studios. Prior to that, Sydnie headed development for major studio deals. Most recently, Sydnie was Vice President of Development for KeyPix Productions, a family-friendly feature film company with a deal at Disney best known for the Air Bud and Air Buddies franchises. Sydnie also headed development for Lauren Graham's Warner Bros Television deal, Good Game Entertainment, during which time she developed three series setup to script at the WB Network. Prior to that, she served as Director of Development at Howard Meltzer's Turtleback Productions at Alliance Atlantis. Sydnie's writing credits include staff writer on the CBS comedy Dweebs, with two produced scripts, and Ninth House Network's interactive Internet sitcom All work, All Play. She was also a freelance writer on the Nickelodeon animated series Cat-Dog. Sydnie wrote and was a featured performer for the sketch comedy troupe Running With Scissors and a winner of a Writer's Boot Camp fellowship.
