Jamie Bowen has been a fixture on the NZ comedy scene for over 19 years. He's performed in over a dozen New Zealand International Comedy Festivals and appeared all over TV on shows such as 7Days, A Thousand Apologies, The Comedy Gala, AotearoHa, After Hours, WannaBen, Jono's New Show, Big Comedy Jam and more. He was one of the creators and writers for A Night At The Classic for TVNZ, co-wrote the sitcom Sunny Skies for TV3 and he's a writer for the award-winning 7Days on TV3. One of NZ's most sought-after headline comedians, Jamie has also opened for Rhys Darby on his UK, Australian and New Zealand tours and he's toured the UK, European and Australian comedy circuit extensively. His stand-up shows Heart Goes Boom and Head Goes Bang were both nominated for the prestigious Fred Award at the NZ International Comedy Festival, and were both awarded Best Show at the New Zealand Comedy Guild Awards.
