Anthony Howes

In 2021, Tony Howes has starred in ITV 1's The Big Audition, as well as performing in a number of stage shows, including playing 'Lane' in The Importance of Being Earnest, Max Miller at the Royal Theatre Northampton, performing in a lookalike show at the Leicester Square Theatre and in the Lionel Bart Musical at the Theatre Royal Stratford East. He starred in Emmerdale, Doctors, Midsommer Murders and Casualty and is well known for BBC 1's Coppers and Co and Lift Off. He has filmed at the BBC for over 5 years. Other television includes Wizzi Wigg and Live and Kicking. From the West End, he starred in Adrian Mole, The Hobbit, Singin in the Rain and received a Laurence Olivier nomination for Lady Be Good. Tony also regularly tours with his successful One Man Show - A Midsummer Nights Dream.
