Mark Hamilton began his professional career in the camera department in 1993 assisting Philip Bonham-Carter on the BAFTA nominated documentary, As It Happened - The Killing of Kennedy (1993). He progressed as a television lighting cameraman on documentaries, including the BBC TV series Industrial Age (1999), and in drama on Channel 4's, Brookside (1982) and, Hollyoaks (1995). Mark photographed his first feature, Capital Punishment (2003), with director, Adrian Vitoria, and they continued their collaboration on titles including, The Crew (2008), Hit Girls (2011), and World War II adventure, Age of Heroes (2011). In 2019 he lensed the high-octane action movie, Commando 3 (2019) with director, Aditya Datt. Mark's directorial achievements include, Primary Burns (1996) which won a Royal Television Society Award for Best Non-Factual and, An Ordinary Monday (2017), which won him Best Director at the Austria International Film Festival.
