Mark Redsky (Red Sky) is a Status Ojibway Native Canadian from Kenora, Ontario, Canada. He grew up in Kelowna, the heart of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. He loved entertaining and when he moved to Vancouver, British Columbia in 1991, he soon began acting studies and workshops. Mark Redsky's first union acting job was on the CBC series "Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy" where he played the recurring role of, Francis Stanley George. He later became a full UBCP/Actra union member in 1999. Now living in a small town, Mark has been active in the local theater company for 3 seasons now. Being a creative soul, Mark also studied a long time learning and honing the craft of Screenwriting. His scripts have been enjoyed by his peers and other industry professionals. His Comedy Feature screenplay "Robot Zombies" was optioned in 2012. More recently his writing of "Sister, Daughter" won best Live Short in San Francisco in 2017. He is ending 2017 with the drafting of another Zombie comedy feature screenplay.
