Aleksandr Litvinov was born on July 15, 1898 in Baku, Baku Governorate, Russian Empire [now Baku, Azerbaijan]. He was a director and writer, known for Madanchi-nefchi istirahatda va mualijada (1924), Khochu zhit (1934) and Emigranty iz tsvetushchei strany (1932). He died on May 6, 1977 in Sverdlovsk, RSFSR, USSR [now Yekaterinburg, Russia].
