Anke Lautenbach

Anke Lautenbach, born in Halberstadt, Germany, was a classical music singer and recording artist. A highlight of her career was competing in the Eurovision song contest in nineteen ninety-seven. Among the many television shows in which she was guest artist, was the popular variety program, Musikantenscheune, in a Christmas themed spectacular. Her life was cut short at the age of fifty-two.
