Born in 1981 to Fu Yick Suen (artist, daughter of Fu Baoshi) and Willian Tai Lui Pat, Jenny Pat attended Maryknoll Convent School in Hong Kong. After her moving to Canada in 1995, she went to Prince of Wales Secondary in Vancouver B.C., then later University of British Columbia's Art History department. For her summer job after high school, she auditioned to be a weather reporter on Faichild Television's News Department. She during her college years, she hosted Vancouver's Fairchild Television's longest running entertainment show, "What's On". Jenny speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Japanese. Other than television, commercials, and modeling, she hosted large scale events for charities and political groups such as World Vision and The Canadian Liberal Party.
