Jane Gussin grew up in NYC, and attended SUNY Purchase as an art and photography major. She is a filmmaker shooting and editing documentaries and Biopics, combined with designing VFX and title sequences. Her family inspired her to be in the arts. Her father, Lawrence Gussin, was a commercial artist for print ads and advertising art director for magazines. Her step-father, Arnold Kaiser, was the President of MPO Videotronics, a huge renowned production company in NYC, which produced TV commercials in the 1960s-70s. Her mother, Fannette, was formerly an advertising consultant, and later a LCSW, forever fighting for social causes. Jane combines photography and film to create motion graphic designs. She has co-produced videos of many performers, artists, screened at The Plaza Hotel, the Colony Club, Metropolitan Club, online and TV Commercials for Politicians. She has a special interest in environmental issues, capturing videos of noted environmentalist groups and activists. She has worked at Broadcast Arts, Curious ?ictures, Doros Animation, Nickelodeon, Oxygen Network, Edgeworx, NYWIFT. As an independent filmmaker she has collaborated to make films for FIAF and biographies for private clients, and music concert videos.
