Alisa Wiebe

Alisa was born in Australia to parents Phillip and Shirley Wiebe, her father a philosopher/author and her mother a high school secretary. Alisa started her acting career starring in an award-winning play in high school. She also worked as a model and spent time in Tokyo modelling, doing commercials, rock videos and guest starring on numerous Japanese soap operas and films. Growing up in Vancouver, BC, Alisa has done numerous commercials there, some independent film work and theatre. She also attended Trinity Western University, majoring in Drama. In 1993, she spent some time living in Europe and working with a volunteer organization, Youth With a Mission (YWAM), whom she travelled to Albania with, and found her life changed by the miracles she saw take place there. Currently Alisa is taking a break from acting, spending time being a mother to her daughters, Hunter and Scarlett. She looks forward to acting again in the future when her children are older.
