Kiran Pande

He was born in a small town in central India, Jabalpur in 1947. His parents and community members were amused by his childhood symptoms of an actor. He would be encouraged to perform dramatic or comedic a in the community functions and at parties. He would enjoy doing this and continued during his schooling, in college and even during his career in marketing. On a fine morning he decided to quit his job and decided to pursue his dream to be an actor. Intelligently first, he set his goals- life and then career goals with a time bound action plan. He focused initially on developing and sharpening his acting skills by joining an acting school followed by grabbing each and every opportunity to act. This helped him to learn the game of the cine industry, how to play different emotions, attitudes, acting for camera and how to market and promote yourself. By the age of 60, he had to his credit with International awards-feature films, TV roles, short films, commercials and print in India and USA. Today at the age of 65, he is a versatile elderly character actor, an award winning acting coach, a short film maker and a writer in Mumbai India. He continues to climb uphill in his search for unknown, perhaps a higher excellence till he drops down dead!
