Actor/Director Wesley Holthaus, the second son of Ronald Holthaus and Deborah Horton, was born the morning of July 5th, 1978, in Topeka, Kansas. He has had numerous opportunities to explore his creative interests in the Midwest. He discovered his passion for writing and film making at a young age. He graduated from Hayden High School in 1996. He continued his education at Washburn University, where he earned two degrees. Wesley's career began in his twenties, when he starred in the film, "The Key," playing a college student named Dylan. Although the film was widely criticized, he learned much about what it took to be a good actor in a struggling film. Wesley also took on a starring role as a vampire in "The Hunter," where he worked closely with a speech dialect coach to enhance his performance. In 2009, Wesley stepped into the role of directer when he filmed the teen TV drama called, "Broken Road," Wesley currently resides in Topeka, where he continues to write and perform.
