Mark Deeble is a cinematographer and director/writer. He has produced multi-award winning 'authored' films with his partner Victoria Stone, both above and below water, for 30 years. Their films have been shown in more than 140 countries with audiences in excess of 600 million. The Queen of Trees was called a 'masterpiece' by Sir David Attenborough. Amongst its many awards are a Peabody and United Nations Award. Their Emmy®-winning Mzima joined a filmography which includes A Little Fish in Deep Water, Tale of the Tides, The Tides of Kirawira, and Here Be Dragons. The Elephant Queen is the couple's most recent film for which Mark's cinematography won awards at DOC NYC 2019 and the 2020 JacksonWIld Media Awards. Mark is a passionate conservationist with a degree in Zoology from Imperial College and 3 years marine zoology postgraduate research.
