Phil Milstein

Phil Milstein is a Boston-based alternative-music journalist and researcher. He founded the Velvet Underground Appreciation Society in 1977 and edited its fanzine, "What Goes On". He has also released his own recordings, both as a solo artist and as a member of various "indie" groups, sometimes using the pseudonym Pep Lester.
