Edgar Burgos

Edgar Burgos is a spanish director, writer and producer known for Boyplay (2017) or Moz and I (2016) among others. With his first short film, Louisiana 1827 (2006) he won Medina del Campo Film Festival. His subsequent shorts Señor Armonía (2007) Show Varietés (2008) and Ciudadeburgos (2010) are also award-winners in festivals. In 2015, he receives the award for Best Audiovisual Production Project at Almería International Film Festival for his short film Boyplay (2017). Most recently, he has co-directed the feature documentary Moz and I (2016), officially released in 2016 Seville European Film Festival. At present, he's working on El Padre del Jugador (2021) his first feature film.
