Celeste Moreno

Celeste Moreno most recently has worked for Disney TV as a songwriter and designer on "Phineas and Ferb" and "Milo Murphy's Law". She has written and directed two animation shorts: "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids", a satire based on the legacy property for Cartoon Network, and "Inconvenient Ruth" for HBO, which was featured in the Tribeca Film Festival. Previously Celeste was character designer for the animated series "Be Cool Scooby Doo" for Warner Brothers, and works in development on various animated television and film projects. Celeste was also art director for two best-selling books, The Adventure Time Encyclopedia, and The Enchiridion/Marcy's Super Secret Diary, both affiliated with the hit TV show, "Adventure Time" on Cartoon Network. She was also an illustrator for cult favorite, the Encyclopedia of Hell. Celeste is currently developing a musical theatre piece based on her Great Grandmother's harrowing and incredible life along the US/Mexico border, loosely told through the lens of the old Mexican ghost story, La Llorona.
