Kelly Dios

Kelly began his rise to a television career in his native Peru working as an associate director in many television programs produced by a major TV network in Lima. Kelly later immigrated to the United States and reached his ambition becoming a Television Director. Since Kelly has worked as a Staff TV Director for numerous Television Stations and Network affiliates in addition to numerous Independent Production Companies in the east and west coasts. During this period Kelly produced and directed a variety of genres in television programming including; Live News Broadcasts, Talk Shows, On-Location Sports, Live Concerts, Off-Broadway Plays, Variety Shows, Beauty Pageants, Dramas, Music Videos, and Commercials. In 1980 Kelly made Los Angeles, California his home-based. Shortly after his arrival, Kelly joined the prestigious, Director's Guild of America and embarked on a new chapter in his career working as a freelance Director. Kelly began experimenting into conceiving and writing original programming ideas aimed at both, the Latino and General markets for possible network distribution. Among them; Rompecabezas, an energetic and colorful game show; Esta Noche, a first of its kind variety-talk show; Acapulco, an action-thriller series to be filmed at the popular world-known Mexican Resort; Enigmas, a mystery-thriller series.Kelly has also been involved with many other television and film projects such as; Hollywood Mix, a celebrity-news magazine show; Producer for Endemol Latino; An Associate for Freemantle International to travel to Latin America; Production Consultant for Venevision International, Venezuela; Production Consultant for Ecuavisa, Ecuador; Co-Producer for KCBS; Director for Telemundo Network; Producer/Director of "VideoLink" for Latin Visions Productions, a youth entertainment/magazine show; Director of the feature film Operación Tijuana, an action/drama film for home-video distribution. Most recently, Kelly Wrote, Produced and Directed Black Angel, a conspiracy/thriller short film that was nominated at The Burbank International Film Festival (2013). soon to be turned into a full-length theatrical movie. Kelly's latest project is The Visitor (2017), a faith-based drama aimed to become television series. With his newly launch production company, Andes Entertainment, Kelly's goal is to become a local and international content provider for the global media seeking to display an ambitious creative portfolio through original material he has written and are awaiting the right opportunity.
