Tom Belding was born October 3, 1985 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. He began acting with the Theatre New Brunswick Young Company and appeared in many productions in the Fredericton area. At 17, Tom moved to Vancouver, British Columbia to study acting and pursue a career in film. He worked as a photographer for several years before directing his first film.
