Born in Brisbane, Australia. Moved to Singapore at age 21 as a junior advertising copywriter. Within 6 years had won over 300 awards in total as a copywriter/art director/creative director at every major advertising award show around the world. Switched to directing commercials and was named by Campaign Magazine UK as one of the world's hottest new directors at the Cannes Advertising Festival in 1997. Wrote, directed and co-financed the Melbourne feature film 'The Long Lunch', released in 2003- "one of the most stylish, energetic and unconventional Aussie features in years" according to the Perth Revelation FIlm Festival 2003. Returned to directing commercials and has forged a reputation as one of the top TVC directors in the region, having shot campaigns for global brands Sony, Audi, Carlsberg, Sprite, Kia and Sunsilk. Continues to develop feature film screenplays.
